A few logistical tips :)

Find a place where you feel at ease

Make it cosy, the sit should feel CONFORTABLE

Set a time in the day you know you are able to sit for 5mn

That place, that time: ARE YOURS

Do it regularly

If you skip, no big deal ! just go back and start over

Ps: you can charge free apps for gong sounds ;)

Ps: you can have a meditation journal where you write your acknowledgments. I do it sometimes, not always

Ps: sitting on a chair is also ok
